Big problem. I have a Gigabyte GA230CD with intel atom 230 and 3 WD RE4 disks. Problem is, that any disks connected to the Adaptec 2610sa RAID controller cannot be seen in Debian Squeeze installer.

Tell me please, what to do? How can I tell to installer to see that Adaptec 2610SA controller and HDDs connected in? It can see only disks connected to the mainboard, but there are only 2 SATA-2 and I want to make RAID-5.

I want to install AMD64 Debian Squeeze 6.0.6 (x64).

Does accraid module exist on the installation media? ls -l /lib/modules/`uname -r`/kernel/drivers/scsi/ | grep accraid – dchirikov Jan 14 at 20:25
