I saw a tool LSAT that is used for Security auditing of Linux Servers. But found not much material for LSAT. Can someone please provide help of how to

  1. Setup
  2. Configure
  3. Use Lsat

The tool itself (ironically!) came with a security vulnerability: CVE-2007-1500

Unless you are an experienced security professional, doing automated security audit with tools you have not vetted thoroughly is VERY DANGEROUS (tm).

@UmairMustafa: This is a huge topic; more responses from professionals can be obtained at Security SE (security.stackexchange.com). –  Deer Hunter Jan 2 '13 at 18:43
