I noticed that my cable provider isn't allowing me to access certain websites. At first I thought it was just my system, but after checking several other devices (Windows and iPad), I noticed it wasn't just me. I confirmed my suspicion with http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ and confirmed it again by taking my Android phone off of my home WiFi and using the 3G network to connect to the website.
My question is how do I scan for other sites I cannot access? I'm not looking to scan the entire internet but there inlies the problem of how to begin searching/scanning for sites that I do not know that I do not have access to.
Or is there a way to determine a list of websites that the majority of people have access to that I don't and begin working from there. Possibly checking through some domain servers.
(when I say access, i mean just hit the homepage of it. I understand that there are many places I will just not have access to due to living in the US.)
