Unix & Linux Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for users of Linux, FreeBSD and other Un*x-like operating systems.. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I just wonder how to start debugging this issue. Usually when we unplug this device, the device mount /sys/class/tty/ttyACM0 should be removed.

I run udevadm monitor, I found there were whole sets of events to be sent from KERNEL to USER space when it worked. While when it does not work, only few of events to be sent from KERNEL to USER.

Can somebody help me out?

Thanks in advance!

Can you add more information to your question? I assume this is linux? What distro & version? What kernel version? – uther Jul 5 '12 at 19:37
