My desktop it totally black and I don't have a panel nor a start menu? I can boot into Opensuse 12.1 and the login screen is ok, currently I've gdm but kdm works also but then when the loading is finished and all the loading symbols are visible the screen colors slowly fades to black and my desktop is then totally black? On my desktop I've only a bash and the x-console? Everything else is not there? This happens to me after a disastrous downgrade from 12.1 Beta 1 to 12.1 M3 because the 12.1 Beta 1 didn't work at all. Right click on the deskop doesn't show a context menu. When I resize the window (virtual machine) I can shortly see the green desktop wallpaper behind the black screen???
