I tried a lot of hacking mechanisms like brute force attack using hydra etc. but I never became successful in hacking into an linux ssh server. I want to know what is the best method to do that.
Please give any reference to some good links.

I find the best way is to install Debian on a machine, set the root password myself, create a user account and add that to /etc/sudoers. That way I can log in whenever I want. |
