Some domain gets DNS cache poisoning if dnsmasq is the nameserver.

But the problem is gone if switch to BIND (named).

Is there a easy configuration of dnsmasq so that DNS cache poisoning can be avoid?

What version are you running? There's a known vulnerability from 2008. If your version is old, maybe that's the hole your attackers are using. –  Warren Young Oct 13 '11 at 13:50
