I just downloaded a Ubuntu v10.10 vmware image for Windows. I'm trying to install a web application that can only run on Linux MySQL, Apache and PHP. How do I open a terminal in Ubuntu?

Woops.. found it. Accessories > Terminal. Sorry for such an easy question. I was eager to try the UNIX stack exchange forum ;-) I haven't used Linux in 7 years. – MacGyver Jul 17 '11 at 22:53

Try: Accessories > Terminal ;-)
