I want to update Mozilla Firefox on Debian Wheezy (my preferable way is by terminal).

There are either too many possible answers, or good answers would be too long for this format. Please add details to narrow the answer set or to isolate an issue that can be answered in a few paragraphs.If this question can be reworded to fit the rules in the help center, please edit the question.

downvoted due to the fact that you clearly didn't even bother to Google for "debian firefox". – strugee Apr 21 '14 at 5:23
downvoted because you love downvote as other persons here when they can't answer :D you are welcome friend @strugee you can downvote as you can as possible i enjoye your downvote i have no problem – medBo Apr 21 '14 at 12:51
@medBo notice the tooltip on the downvote button: "This question does not show any research effort; it is unclear or not useful" (emphasis mine). I didn't downvote you because I couldn't answer, I downvoted you because you broke Stack Exchange etiquette by not researching your question before posting here. I was able to find what you're looking for the forth result down in Google. – strugee Apr 21 '14 at 15:26
@medBo When I search Google, the first result is the Debian Wiki article, at the bottom under External Links is one for "Install the latest versions of Iceweasel (Firefox) from Debian packages". Conveniently, it's also the 3rd Google result. That page has specific instructions of which files to edit and which commands to run. – derobert Apr 22 '14 at 15:53

Try using the Debian Mozilla repos.

Basically, you select the version (stable, unstable, testing) and then it generates the sources.list.

I have successfully used it to get latest Firefox on my Debian Testing system.

Iceweasel is Firefox, just with different branding due to trademark issues. – Renan Apr 21 '14 at 15:52
thank you, so what to do after getting the generated source list ? – medBo Apr 22 '14 at 9:12
@medBo you put it in your sources.list? – strugee Apr 22 '14 at 15:32
Put the lines in your sources.list then follow the instructions on the page. – Renan Apr 22 '14 at 18:40
