I would like to get around an unnecessary and extremely tight (20k) speed cap per wifi client on a wifi network providing internet. Each client passes through a captive portal that requires just clicking a button for 24 hours of use.

What are some basic recipes for configuring a Linux box with four wifi adapters to combine them into a single 80k link that is transparent to applications, so for example if I go to speedtest.com in a browser, it will read 80k?

Secondly, is there any way of doing this with only one wifi adapter, but simulate four by connecting to the wifi network with four different Mac addresses?
